Announcing the launch of nonprofit website for Washington DC-based The Pan American Society. The society came to us with a small budget and no online presence yet they needed on fast, so they were perfect candidates for our Zip Project in which we slash the proposal price in exchange for a fast turnaround.

The Pan American Medical Society of Washington DC was founded over 70 years ago as a scientific, humanitarian, and educational institution in Washington DC. They send teams of surgeons to Hondurus and elsewhere to provide essential surgical care otherwise unavailable to these communities. The online presence was crucial to announce their trips and gather support.
We helped them obtain hosting, a domain, built out the framework in WordPress, gave them a custom design using their own high-quality travel images, and built out most pages, including a strong Donation page, and trained the volunteer (one of the surgeons) how to add more pages and keep the site updated. Another nonprofit’s mission supported by Bethesda Design Web.
