Saltbox Consulting partnered with us a few years ago to create a solo practicioner law firm website. But this year, as the trend toward legal blogs grows, attorney Kim Egan asked us to convert her entire site to a legal blog. She had always blogged and had a tab on her form website to her posts, but now she wanted her newest posts on her expertise — basically on food and drug regulation — to be front and center on her firm’s website. So we redesign her framework and design, developing a responsive WordPress blog that features new posts on the home page, as well as her services and slider with information, and is easy to update.
The trend of law firms turning their websites into blogs is a growing one as especially solo practitioners take a proactive blogging approach to establish a visible online expertise in their area of law. Potential clients may actually discover the firm via Google as they do their own research on the topic.
